Raspberry Kefir Chia Seed Smoothie/Dessert from the Alma Holistic Health Kitchen
- 1 cup of frozen organic raspberries
- 2 cups plain organic kefir
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 4 teaspoons Chia Seeds
Take raspberries, kefir, and coconut milk and blend together for 60 seconds. Mix in Chia seeds and stir with spoon. Place in tall glass and drink immediately.
If you want a thicker pudding consistency then let it stand in refrigerator for 2 hours and top with fresh raspberries as a dessert.
