Antioxidant Winter Berry Smoothie from the Alma Holistic Health Kitchen
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mixed organic berries, frozen
- ½ banana
- 1 cup goat yogurt or organic whole milk yogurt
- 2 tablespoons raw cashews
- 3-5 pitted dates
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoons raw unrefined coconut oil
- 4 tablespoons distilled/filtered water
- sprig of mint for garnish
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender in the order that they are listed under the ingredient section.
Blend for 20-25 seconds. Add sprig of mint for garnish. Let stand for a couple minutes then enjoy!
