Healing Pomegranate Yogurt from the Alma Holistic Health Kitchen
Ingredients:
- ½ cup of fresh pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup of goat yogurt
- 2-3 pitted dates, cubed
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Directions: Mix all ingredients into a bowl and enjoy.
