Dairy Free Coconut Smoothie from the Alma Holistic Health Kitchen
Ingredients:
- 1 can organic Coconut Milk
- 4 pitted Dates
- 1/2 cup of organic Rice Milk
- 4 tablespoons Chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons Diatomaceous Earth (food grade powder)
- 1/3 cup of raw Cashews
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)
Place all ingredients in blender and mix for 60 seconds. Sprinkle with shredded coconut if desired. Consume immediately.
Serves: 2
