Ingredients:
- 6 organic carrots, washed/scrubbed, leave peel on
- 2 mandarins peeled
Directions:
Juice carrots followed by mandarins. Stir with spoon. Consume immediately. If the juice is too strong for your palette you can add 1/2 cup of distilled water and mix it through.
Do not let the juice stand longer than 5 minutes because the nutritional value starts to decrease with time due to OXIDATION. After the nutrients in the vegetables and fruits have been activated the clock starts ticking.

- Vitamin A : anti-oxidant, increases body’s immunity, helps with vision, skin,and bones.
- Vitamin C : anti-oxidant, maintenance of all tissue in the body, immunity boosting, helps with bones and teeth and iron absorption.
