Wild Blueberry Coconut Smoothie from the Alma Holistic Health Kitchen
- 1.5 cups of frozen organic wild Blueberries
- 1 can of organic coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1/3 cup of distilled water
- 3 pitted medjool dates
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil (unrefined, unfiltered)
Place all ingredients in blender and mix for 60 seconds. Consume immediately.
